    Gentle, grounding, and safe—a space to be seen, heard, and supported.   This is a monthly, one-hour circle for anyone who has experienced any form of domestic violence or abuse, including emotional, psychological, physical, sexual, financial, spiritual, discriminatory, or neglectful harm. We hold space for the pain, the resilience, and the transformation that comes with healing from these experiences. Who it’s for: Anyone who has experienced abuse or domestic violence in any form. If you’re constantly overwhelmed, this space is for you. What to Expect at the Event We begin with a warm 20-minute welcome and invocation. You’ll get an introduction to our community, our mission, and the purpose of the event. This sets the tone for deep, intentional healing. Next, we move into a calming 50-minute Reiki session. Reiki helps release tension, clear energy blockages, and restore emotional balance. This portion is led by a skilled practitioner. Afterward, we spend 20 minutes journaling and sharing. This helps process your experience and connect with others. We then close the circle with a short reflection. Hosted by Cami Hoang. May 9, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM EST via Zoom.  Can’t Join Live?
