Sarah Spangler is a Usui Holy Fire III, Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, and Animal Reiki Master, teacher, and channeler. Reiki has played a central role in her own healing journey, helping her overcome the lasting effects of abuse, bullying, and unexplained health challenges when conventional medicine could not provide answers. With a lifelong ability to connect with both humans and animals, Sarah now shares her gifts through Reiki sessions and classes that support healing, growth, and connection for people and their animal companions.

    Discover the foundations of Reiki in a relaxed, experiential course. In this two-day training, Sarah Spangler guides you through the history of Reiki, placements, ignitions, attunements, and hands-on practice. You’ll learn to connect with Reiki energy, explore both Usui and Holy Fire techniques, and work with sacred symbols to expand your practice. What we’ll do (2 days, 10–16 hours): Deep dive into Reiki’s history and origins Placements, ignitions, and attunements Guided practice sessions with Reiki energy Learn and apply Reiki symbols Techniques from both Usui and Holy Fire traditions  Bring: An open heart, notebook/pen, and water. Sarah also recommends receiving a Reiki session prior to class to help you connect more fully with the energy. Who it’s for: Anyone ready to begin or deepen their Reiki journey. No prior experience required.     Gentle, grounding, and safe—a space to be seen, heard, and supported.   This is a monthly, one-hour circle for anyone who has experienced any form of domestic violence or abuse, including emotional, psychological, physical, sexual, financial, spiritual, discriminatory, or neglectful harm. We hold space for the pain, the resilience, and the transformation that comes with healing from these experiences. Who it’s for: Anyone who has experienced abuse or domestic violence in any form.
