DESCRIPTION:“Reiki meets you where you are — even if that’s your quiet corner.”\n\nThe Phoenix Circle is a trauma-informed Reiki support group created to help anyone living with the effects of trauma\, PTSD\, or CPTSD — diagnosed or not. \nEach month\, we gather in a compassionate circle to reconnect with safety\, rebuild trust in the body\, and release the energetic residue of what’s been carried for too long. Through guided Reiki\, grounding\, and shared energetic presence\, we invite the body and spirit to remember what peace feels like. \nReiki meets you where you are — physically\, emotionally\, and energetically. Whether you join from your bedroom\, basement\, or another safe space you’ve carved out in your world\, you are welcome. You don’t have to turn your camera on\, or even speak. Just be here\, as you are\, and allow the healing energy to flow to you and through you. \nThis isn’t therapy. It’s a sanctuary — a space where you are witnessed\, supported\, and gently reminded that healing doesn’t require perfection or readiness.
