Becoming more than we were taught.\nMany men today find themselves standing between generations. \nThey respect the men who raised them — fathers\, grandfathers\, mentors — yet know that some of the models they inherited no longer fully fit the life they want to live. \nMost were taught to push through\, provide\, stay quiet about emotions\, handle things alone\, and measure their worth through work and endurance. These lessons built strength. But many men now want more than endurance — they want presence\, connection\, and clarity about the kind of man they are becoming. \nNext Generation Men is a grounded space for men who want to grow beyond old limitations without rejecting where they came from. \nThis is not about blaming previous generations. \nIt is about building on their strengths and evolving forward with intention. \nTogether\, we explore what it means to live as a steady\, grounded man in the modern world — how to honour the past while growing beyond it\, develop emotional strength without losing masculinity\, and cultivate purpose that comes from clarity rather than pressure. \nThis is not therapy. Not political. Not anti-masculinity. \nIt is a place for thoughtful men who want to live with strength\, clarity\, and presence — and who understand that growth does not weaken a man\, but makes him more complete. \nCome as you are. Speak if you wish. Listen if that’s what you need. \n  \n75-Minute Circle Format\nStructured but relaxed. Real conversation without pressure. \n1. Arrival & Grounding (5–7 minutes)\nThe circle begins with a welcome\, introduction to the evening’s theme\, and a gentle grounding exercise to help everyone arrive fully. Participants are reminded that there is no pressure to share. \n2. Real Conversation (25 minutes)\nA guided discussion explores the theme in depth. Prompts might include: “What kind of man were you taught to be?” “Which lessons still fit — and which don’t?” or “Where are you trying to grow right now?” Participants are free to speak\, pass\, use chat\, or simply listen. The focus is on honest reflection and respectful dialogue. \n3. Topic Exploration (15 minutes)\nJeff offers grounded reflections and practical insights connected to the theme. He may touch on emotional steadiness\, generational patterns\, relationships\, identity\, purpose\, or presence. This is not a lecture\, but thoughtful guidance to help men apply insight to their own lives. \n4. Reiki & Presence Practice (20 minutes)\nThis portion is framed as a nervous system reset\, helping men release pressure\, ground into the body\, and reconnect with clarity and steadiness. The practice includes gentle breathwork\, body awareness\, Reiki support\, and quiet integration. No belief in Reiki is required — participants may simply rest and receive. \n5. Closing Reflection (8–10 minutes)\nThe circle concludes with an optional reflection. Men may share an insight\, name an intention\, or simply listen. This gentle closing helps carry the work of the circle into the week. \n  \nThis event is normally $20 USD\, but is being offered free on March 24th as a special introductory offer. \n
