DESCRIPTION:Next gathering: Sunday\, April 12\, 2026\nTime: 7:30–8:15 PM (EST) – 45 minutes\nLocation: Online (Zoom – link sent after registration)\nFacilitated by: Cami Hoang\nCost: Free\nA Ko-fi link is shared for those who wish to make a donation or offer a word of thanks:\nhttps://ko-fi.com/foodforthesoulwithcami \n\nAbout the gathering\nThis support circle is a calm and nurturing space for anyone emotionally touched by prematurity.\nEach gathering unfolds gently and may vary from month to month\, but the intention remains the same:\nto offer stability\, a caring presence\, and a space to breathe.\nHere\, it is possible to feel many things at once.\nJoy\, worry\, exhaustion\, hope.\nAll of it belongs. \n\nWhat a typical session includes\n• Arrival and grounding\nA gentle arrival into the space through breathing and grounding\, with an invitation to settle in.\nThere is no obligation to speak or share. \n• Guided practice (approximately 20 minutes)\nThe practice is adapted to the rhythm of the group\, with no expectation of participation.\nDepending on the month and the energy of the group\, this may be: \n\na Reiki-infused guided meditation\na Reiki session\n\nOptional\, for parents or legal guardians only: \nIf they wish\, they may request that Cami include their baby in the Reiki offered during the gathering\, or that their intention for their baby be added to her Reiki grid.\nIntentions are kept on the Reiki grid for a maximum of three days and are then removed.\nThis offering is entirely optional and is shared with care and respect. \n• Time for sharing or reflection\nParticipants may be invited to share a word or a feeling\, or simply remain present in silence.\nSharing is always optional.
