You will be guided on a 45-minute meditation that will help facilitate calm and relaxation. All pets are welcome\, regardless of species. \nDuring the meditation you and your pet will be offered Reiki to help increase relaxation\, reduce stress\, and relieve stress. \nReiki is a powerful Japanese energy healing technique. Reiki allows the body to re-establish balance on a mental/emotional\, physical\, and spiritual level. It promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction\, re-establishing balance and health. Reiki can strengthen the immune system\, relieve stress and anxiety\, promotes pain relief\, deep relaxation\, eases muscle tension and creates a peace of mind and body. \nWe will have the opportunity after the meditation to connect\, share reflections or answer questions.
