DESCRIPTION:Soul Check-In is a guided Reiki meditation experience designed to help you pause\, listen\, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. \nThis gathering includes three guided meditations\, each inviting awareness and insight from a different place of connection. \n\nIn the first meditation\, you’ll check in with your higher self\, tuning into your inner wisdom and current emotional landscape.\nIn the second\, you’ll connect with your guides\, opening to support\, clarity\, and gentle guidance.\nIn the final meditation\, you’ll attune to the universal energy — whether you call it Source\, the Universe\, or simply energy itself.\n\nBetween each meditation\, there will be time for automatic writing\, allowing whatever comes through to be expressed without overthinking or judgment. This practice supports deeper insight and helps anchor the messages you receive. \nWe’ll close the experience with optional group discussion\, offering space to reflect\, share\, and integrate in a supportive and respectful environment. No prior meditation or Reiki experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down and listen.
