About Jenny Mitchell
Meet Jenny of Mama Agape, a gifted healer and spiritual guide based in Tolleson, Phoenix, Arizona. Jenny is a Sacred Plant Ceremonialist, Reiki Master Teacher, Munay-Ki Earthkeeper & Wombkeeper, specializing in the Movement of Energy, Sacred Plant Medicine, and Ritualistic Ceremonies. She is certified in Usui Tibetan Reiki, Blue Star Celestial Healing, Karuna® Reiki, and Holy Fire® Reiki, and incorporates Shamanic Techniques, Sound Vibrational Healing, Crystal Healing, and Color Healing in her practices.

In an aura cleansing session, I use energy work, weighted and unweighted tuning forks, a 528hz tuning pipe, and essential oils to create greater balance and harmony within your energy field and your environment. In a chakra balancing session I use energy work, unweighted tuning forks, Chakra chrystals, and essential oils is a holistic practice that focuses on restoring balance to the seven major energy centers in the body, known as chakras. This practice works to remove blockages in the body’s energy flow and promote healing on a physical, mental, and emotionual level. By working with the chakras, practitioners can help to bring about balance, harmony, and well-being.
